Build Your Own List of Event Visitors
Create added value for your customers/prospects, expand your network, and meet them on-site during the event. Log in to the portal and send out the link under “guests” so your current and potential customers can register for the event for free. When customers use your link, you can see it in the exhibitor portal and book meetings before the event.

The username is the email provided when booking the booth, and the password is set by you. If you don’t have a password, you can have it sent to you via the Forgot Password button.
The exhibitor portal has a range of functions.
Under “personnel,” you can add the people who will be working in the booth. It is important to do this before the event so that you can smoothly print out the exhibitor badge upon arrival on the move-in day. Under “Guests,” you can invite your existing and potential customers to the event. The visitors who have registered with your personal link are gathered here in a list.
